What You Need:
Simply gather some craft sticks, magic markers, feathers, chenille stems (pipe cleaners), glitzy holiday garlands and tape.
What You Do:
Decorate the craft sticks with magic markers.
After that, begin attaching items to the craft sticks using tape.
Chenille stems are great because you can twist them right onto the sticks.
The garlands can be twisted and tied to the sticks and the feathers can be secured in place with tape.
