Ooblick Recipe

Ooblick is a gooey sensory material that kids love. Learn how to make it here.

By Rachel Dole and Shelly D Scheie

What You Need:

  • 1 1/2 parts corn starch
  • 1 part water

What You Do:

Pour water into a container.

Slowly add the cornstarch.

Mix ingredients together.

You know you’ve found the right consistency when – if you move it between your fingers – it becomes semi-solid, and becomes runny once you open your fingers.

We take it outside and put it in plastic wading pools. The kids can sit outside and play and it is easy to clean up.
