Crayons melt so wonderfully when they are warm. To make these eggs, all you need to do is draw with crayons on freshly boiled eggs.

What You Need:
- Eggs
- A pot and a stove
- Water
- Oven mitts
- Wax crayons
What You Do:
Boil some eggs. To make hard boiled eggs, let the eggs boil for 7-10 minutes.
Drain the water from the pot.
Take an egg out of the pot using a spoon. Have your child put on an oven mitt and place the warm egg on the child’s oven-mitt covered hand
Encourage your child to draw on the egg using crayons. The crayons will melt as they touch the warm egg.
You can have your child take their hand out of the mitt, as long as they are careful not to touch the egg with bare hands.
Continue until the egg has been decorated.
